Yoga Sessions
Linda Prevot began in the Fitness Field 37 years ago. Her certifications include Yoga Fit, NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), PACE (People with Arthritis Core Exercise) and Silver Sneaker. Her lifelong fitness career has been developed in the Bergen County area and she is well known for her unique teaching Yoga style that is both light and joyous. Nowadays, she teaches Power Pilates, Yoga and Aqua aerobics. The practice of Yoga can benefit people of all fitness backgrounds and ages. Some of those benefits are core strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance and stress release, just to name a few. She feels blessed to be the new addition to the Montammy Golf Club Fitness Program.
